Roles and Responsibilities
We are seeking a Quality Analyst to join our team in Mohali district on a full-time, on-site basis. As a Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products by designing and executing automated test scripts, identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure a seamless user experience on all platforms.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience in testing web applications and mobile applications
- Ability to write test plans and test cases and execute them efficiently
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills to convey ideas and issues clearly and effectively
