Business Development Executive

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.

Bidder Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate relevant projects on various bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, People Per Hour and freelancing websites.
  • Prepare and submit detailed and competitive bids for projects, highlighting the company’s strengths and capabilities.
  • Engage in proactive communication with clients to clarify project requirements and negotiate terms.
  • Collaborate with the technical team and subject matter experts to create comprehensive project proposals.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry-specific trends, technologies, and pricing models to create competitive bids.
  • Monitor bid platforms regularly and respond promptly to incoming project opportunities.
  • Track the progress of submitted bids and follow up with clients as necessary.
  • Analyze bidding performance and identify areas for improvement to increase the bid success rate.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive and Bidder in a relevant industry or freelancing platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and secure successful bids.
  • Knowledge of various bidding platforms and freelancing websites.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
